April 4, 2020: We’re very saddened to announce that we will be postponing Triple Crown to June 2021. Due to health risks and government regulations, we will not be able to bring this event to fruition this year. We will be working on a few single-day events once the COVID-19 social distancing banns are lifted.
April 1, 2020: A reminder that rally payments for Triple Crown have been extended to May 4, 2020. We are monitoring the COVID-19 health risks. If the pandemic has not subsided before the payment deadline, we will need to postpone Triple Crown to a later date. We can’t run an event if hotels, restaurants and checkpoints aren’t open, or accepting large groups. If you’ve already paid, we’ll keep your payment on-file as credit, or can refund you once the decision is made to postpone. As of right now, we are still a go.
March 26,2020: We’ve made the decision to postpone our USA event (Desert Heat) to 2021. based on discussions with House of Cars, this event would not be feasible given the current health and economic circumstances. Triple Crown (June) and Mountain Rush (September) are still a go.
March 19, 2020: Teams who have not yet paid their remaining balances for Triple Crown are being granted a payment extension. Rally payments are now due before May 4, 2020. If your situation changes and you’ll be unable to attend, please email [email protected] to notify us.
March 16, 2020: We plan on running all 2020 events. If the situation changes, or it becomes a health risk to run the event, we will postpone the rally to a later date. Teams who have already paid will be given the option to receive a refund if the new date doe snot work for them. A final decision will be made 30 days prior to the event. HOW DO I REGISTER?
Visit royalrally.org and click on the Register tab on the menu (only active once the event schedule has been announced). After reading and agreeing to the terms and conditions you will have access to the registration form. After completion, you will be e-mailed a confirmation (subject to approval) along with payment options. Due to increased interest in Royal Rally events, your mandatory refundable deposit must be paid within 48 hours of registering, in order to secure your spot. The remaining balance must be paid 60 days before the event.
WHAT AGE DO I NEED TO BE TO PARTICIPATE?
Participants must be 18 years of age in order to participate. Some venues we visit have age restrictions, so you may risk not being able to enter some venues or participate in some activities. No refund will be issued, for any reason, if this is the case.
ARE THERE VEHICLE RESTRICTIONS?
At this time, Royal Rally is open to the following vehicle classes: Performance/Modified (American, Japanese, Euro, etc.), Luxury, Special Interest & Supercar. All vehicles are pre-screened prior to being granted entry.
IS ROYAL RALLY A RACE?
No, Royal Rally is not a race. You must drive safely with respect to participants and members of the public, you must comply with local laws and regulations and at no time be driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Royal Rally staff reserves the right to refuse further participation in the rally for any single violation of the foregoing or of any terms and conditions contained herein. You are responsible for all consequences of your actions including tickets, being cited, charged, prosecuted or ejected from any venue/location. As well, the organizer accepts no responsibility for damage to your vehicle or a third party vehicle. Participants must sign a safety and responsibility-release waiver prior to participation on any Royal Rally event.
WHAT DOES THE ENTRY FEE INCLUDE?
The entry fee for Royal Rally includes: official rally decals for your vehicle, rally apparel, route cards, entry to rally checkpoints, meals and the Royal Rally closing award ceremony! Hotels on the rally will also be included if the event is a multi-day event. Hotels are not included the nights before or following the event.
Your entry fee also helps purchase rally signage, pay for staff, the official rally video, photographs and more.
AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR MY OWN HOTEL?
On Royal Rally’s multi-day events, hotels will be included in the entry fee. We will offer an entry option, at a cheaper rate, for teams that choose to find their own accommodations.
I’M ON THE WAITING LIST, WHAT NOW?
Royal Rally is a popular event. We usually fill up within the first two months of each event’s announcement. Once the event is full, you’ll still be able to register, but will be added to the waiting list. If a team drops out or doesn’t make payment on time, you will receive an e-mail to notify you that a spot has opened. Your spot will be confirmed only after making full payment.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
Yes, if you are unable to make it on the event, we will refund you your entry fee, minus your deposit, no questions asked, as long as it is 30 days before the event. Once apparel, decals, signage, etc. have been ordered, refunds will no longer be given. Please review our refund policy for full details. Your deposit is not refundable.
